Rose M. Igarashi (Managing Partner)
A psychologist, a managing partner of IntelectoRH, who has started her career in the financial area of the Human Resources Department, which is an area that she has worked for fifteen years in management positions, implementing different projects, focused on the recruitment and selection process, career guidance and assessment. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the ‘Asian Desk’ at Intelecto and member of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Brazil, where she represents IntelectoRH. She counts on a vast professional experience in Business development and is also responsible for dealing directly with clients from different professional fields.
Darci Garçon (Managing Partner)
He graduated as a Bachelor in Pedagogy by the University of Sao Paulo – USP, he holds an extensive list of courses in Brazil and abroad. He is a senior professional with a vast experience in HR, he started his professional career in the area of Training and took over some positions as an HR executive in leading companies, such as Rhodia, Chase Bank and Credicard. He has been a headhunter for over 20 years. He was a co-founder of TAG Consultores and IntelectoRH, and since then he provides services to our clients from different segments hunting for potential professionals for specific job positions. He has also been a part of the creation of informal human resources groups, such as: GERH and Grupo Reflexão. Roberto Ono (Business Partner)
He counts over forty years of experience in the financial market, and he has worked for some financial institutions such as Citibank, Chase, Pontual and Sumitomo Mitsui (SMBC) in which he took over the position as the Vice-President Director, being responsible for the Credit, Legal and Human Resources departments. He took a role in some Executive Committees, and he was also a technical member of the Audit Committee and Fiduciary Director of the Management of Third Party Resources (Funds). He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), a Law degree from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) and is accredited by the Securities and Exchange Commission for the Administration of funds. He has been a member of our IntelectoRH team, as a Business Partner, since August 2018.
Marina Guedes (Operations Manager)
She is a psychologist who holds a postgraduate degree in Administration and Management of People by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). A HR professional with experience in developing and implementing strategic recruitment and selection processes in large multinational companies, financial institutions and Human Resources consultancies who has strong professional performance as a headhunter and counts on a vast experience in conducting selective processes of top executives. She has the ability of well-elaborating the professional market mapping, assessment processes, competency assessment and group management. She is responsible for the IntelectoRH Operations area, and she coordinates the projects and the management of the team.
