Founded in 1996, INTELECTORH specializes in Recruitment, Selection and Mentoring of different levels of Executives, Coordination, Management and Level C (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CCOs). It also covers other specialized professionals, all over the country.
During this period, we provided our services to an estimated two hundred companies in different segments, including the Financial Market, Services, Industry, Retail, Technology, Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry, Telecommunications, Automotive and Agribusiness.
Our team has extensive experience in market mapping and hunting, which allows us to identify with agility and precision the professionals most suited to the needs and culture of our customers.
Through our Asian Desk area, led by partner Rose Igarashi, we provide services with excellence to around fifty Asian companies (Japanese, Chinese, Korean). We have a team of trilingual professionals who quickly bring the right solutions to these customers.
In order to seek the best professionals in the face of new market demands, we have a team focused to provide companies with their needs in Agile Solutions, PMI, Product Owner, Business Process Management and new trends in the labour market, which is in constant change.
Additionally, we offer Mentoring services to professionals who need guidance regarding work behaviour, career or replacement in the job market, led by Ricardo Machado, lecturer and professor at FGV with in depth experience.
